Is the Captains meeting mandatory?

No, but it is highly recommended. Any confusion of the rules is up to the angler to understand if missing the Captain's Meeting

Where do I pay the registration fee?

You can pay at KnuckleHeads or at the Captain's Meeting. If you have questions or need assistance, call Jerre, the tournament director.
